On August 8, 1988, Reinhardt opened the Schmidt Theater together with Littmann on the Reeperbahn in Hamburg. By shrill conversation, he quickly created a stir and reached a regional reputation. A short time later, the theatre art figure Lilo Wanders came on stage at the Schmidt: a snappy, ageing theatre diva with numerous graces. In September 2010, Lilo Wanders was seen in two episodes of the ARD telenovela &#8220;Rote Rosen&#8221;.
