She is the daughter of the Lieutenant-Commander David Birkin and the actress Judy Campbell, her brother is the British director and screenwriter Andrew Birkin.<\/p>\n<p>Birkin had her international breakthrough in the role of a fashion model in Michelangelo Antonioni&#8217;s cult film &#8220;Blow Up&#8221;, which won the &#8220;Golden Palm&#8221; at the film festival in Cannes.<\/p>\n<p>For 12 years, Jane Birkin and Serge Gainsbourg produced common music. Serge Gainsbourg dedicated his latest album &#8220;Amours of feintes&#8221; to her. Additionally, she starred in numerous films.
